A Beginner Quilter’s Journey, by Donald Mulders

In this multi-media presentation including Show & Tell, Don highlights his quilting projects ranging from when he started about 4 years ago,  to what he is going to do next.  He also explains how his perhaps unique background has influenced his quilting journey.

Bio:  Don Mulders served 38 years in the Royal Canadian Air Force, retiring eight years ago as one of NATO’s chief cyber defence planners.  Today, he has many hobbies, including scuba diving, alpine skiing, mountain biking, playing the bagpipes, and of course, quilting.    If there is one thing to note about Don, it is that he likes to play, and quilting is no exception.   It’s amazing what you can do when you play with fabric!
