Registration opens online on September 15th and closes on September 20th
Deadline to register is September 20th.
Location: St. Mark’s Church, 138 Hoylake Rd. W., Qualicum Beach
When: Wednesday, October 28th, 2026 at 09:30 to Friday, October 20th 2026 at 15:00
Cost: $75.00 This covers 3 lunches, your own table to work on, the use of irons and ironing boards, cutting tables, design walls, coffee, and tea

Cancellation Policy:
If for some reason you must withdraw from the Stay At Home Retreat, a non-refundable cancellation fee of $10.00 is charged.
Liability
We take your safety and the security of your belongings very seriously, but we cannot be liable for any personal injury, loss/theft of damage any time during the retreat.
Your attendance constitutes your agreement to indemnify the Parksville Quilt House Quilter’s Guild and St. Mark’s Church from any claim for injury, loss, or damage for any reason.
You are responsible for any damage to retreat property, facilities or equipment caused by you through negligence or willful intent.
Lottery Draw
Because of their popularity, Stay At Home Retreats use a lottery method to attend. Once the deadline is reached, all names are put into a box and 20 names are drawn.
Four spots are reserved for members who have never attended a Stay At Home Retreat.
Once 20 names are drawn, then the remainder are drawn for a wait list. An email is sent, within two days, to the successful members with a date when payment is due.
Another email is sent to the members on the wait list informing them where they are on the list.
