Advertising Information and Submission Forms:

We extend an invitation for you to become one of our monthly featured merchants. Bring your shop or business to us, a great opportunity for our members to learn about one of our local quilt merchants. You can indicate your preferred months on our online advertising submission forms.

Available months are September, October, November, and January through April.

The deadline for advertising submission is the 20th of each month. All advertising must be prepaid prior to the publication deadline. Artwork is best submitted in a jpeg file format and placement is at the discretion of the newsletter editor.

Annual Advertising

We now offer Business Memberships to those merchants who purchase a year of advertising. A Business Membership offers the same benefits as a regular membership but can be extended to your staff. Allow one or more staff to attend a guild meeting, sign up for any of our Zoom events or workshops. You will also be given preference in being a featured vendor both in our newsletter and at guild meetings.

Annual Advertising Rates:

Type and Size 10 Issues
Business Card: 3½" x 2" $100 ($10 per issue)
Quarter Page: 3½" x 4½" $150 ($15 per issue)
Half Page: 7¼" x 5" $250 ($25 per issue)
