Trouble Reporting

I am happy to try and resolve all issues regarding the Guild website and Guild e-mail.

Before you move on, delete the message or forget about it I need:

  • A concise, adequate description of the problem, or
  • A screenshot, or
  • A forwarded copy of the e-mail, or
  • A copy of the complete error message

 

Otherwise, I'm left groping in the dark and will end up playing 20 questions with you about your problem.

If you can't give me a detailed problem report or answer my questions, it will be difficult for me to help.
