Advertising Information and Submission Forms:

Advertising in our Quilt Talk newsletter is available as either an annual or monthly option.

Please fill out one of the online forms below.  It will be automatically submitted to our Advertising Co-ordinator.

Annual Advertising

Annual Advertising Rates:

Quarter Page: 3½" x 4½" $120 ($15 per issue) $150 ($15 per issue)
Half Page: 7¼" x 5" $200 ($25 per issue) $250 ($25 per issue)

Note: 2024/25 is a transition year, to change the billing cycle to our fiscal year from May to April.

To request annual advertising and a business guild membership, complete the Online Annual Advertising Submission Form.

The Annual advertising option now includes a Business Membership, which offers the same benefits as a regular membership to the owner or one designated representative (eg. attend Guild meetings, and sign up for any of our workshops and Zoom events). You will also be given preference to be a Featured Merchant at Guild meetings.

Month by Month Advertising

Monthly Advertising Rates:

Ways to pay:

  • By E-transfer to the following email address:  treasurer@quilthouse.ca Enter ‘Advertising’ in the comment section when completing your transaction.
  • By cheque.

Deadline:

The deadline for advertising submission is the 20th of each month. All advertising must be prepaid prior to the publication deadline. Artwork is best submitted in pdf or jpeg file format and placement is at the discretion of the Newsletter Editor.

Featured Merchant:

We would like to invite you to attend one of our Guild meetings as a Featured Merchant. This gives you an opportunity to set up a pop-up shop, and allows members to learn more about your shop or business. You can indicate your preferred months on our online advertising submission forms. A banner announcing your business as Featured Merchant will appear on page one of that month's newsletter.

Available Featured Merchant months are September, October, November, and January through April.
